I work both on-and off-body as gently and subtly as the situation allows, wherever the body's innate wisdom takes me. This can be an area as big as the entire ribcage or as small as small structures in the inner ear. BodyTalk allows me to bring in any relevant factor at all to the issue at hand: environment, stuck emotions, the five elements of Chinese medicine, western physiology, etc. In visceral manipulation we work with the organs ("viscera") and their attachments, helping to drain excessive fluid, restoring proper motion and motility, etc. Often if the spine or other bones have less-than-optimal movement it is because of adhesions or imbalances between the organs. Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT) is a very gentle, specific massage which helps stimulate healthy flow of the all-important lymphatic system, which is the "sewer system" for the tissues, ridding the cells' environment of toxins. It also plays a vital role in immunity. There are very effective, painless LDT treatments for cellulite and wrinkles.

I'm the developer of what I'm currently calling "Suspension Technique," It's a gentle, broad-based treatment for myofascia and other connective tissues. I have been a teaching assistant for three such courses, and am certified to TA through LDT level III.
