Applications: I believe that it is within the power of each individual to improve their situation in life, to find ways to reduce stress in their lives, to improve their relationships with others, to gain a deeper understanding of and love for themselves,and to achieve their goals and dreams. Through psychotherapy and other services that I offer, I help guide my clients to find this power within themselves and along the path to self discoverey and self actualization.

Training: Masters of Social Work, State University of New York at Stony Brook, 1989.  Specialization in Drug and Alcohol Addictions.  Numerous post graduate trainings and workshops including: grief and loss; sexual abuse and traumas; childhood and adolescent issues; mood disorders including depression and anxiety.
